Shipping & Delivery
Your order will ship directly from our flagship store in Denver, Colorado the same business day if the order is placed before 2pm MST. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the next business day. All orders come with free shipping (Standard Carrier) but you may upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail or FedEx services at an additional expense for expedited delivery. Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on service selected, and your geographical location.

Privacy & Security
Shopping with MisteryStores.com is safe and secure.  Your online order will be submitted via HTTPS secure protocol.  MisteryStores.com will never sell or distribute your information to third parties

Returns & Replacements
All E-liquid/E-juice sales are FINAL.  There will be NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES accepted for any E-liquids purchased on MisteryStores.com.  (We apologize for this in advance.)  If you receive an incorrect product or product damaged during shipment – Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and MisteryStores.com will provide a return shipping label to ship the product back to us FREE of CHARGE.  Once the return is received and processed MisteryStores.com will ship the correct product back to the address listed on the original order.  If MisteryStores.com determines that the incorrect product or product damaged during shipment has been OPENED, USED or TAMPERED with in any way upon receipt, we reserve the Right to deny your request for replacement.All Accessories such as Li-Batteries, Drip Tips, Atomizers, and Mods are FINAL.  There will be NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES accepted for any of these products purchased on MisteryStores.com.  (We apologize for this in advance.)  We will replace any incorrect product or product damaged during shipment - Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and MisteryStores.com will provide a return shipping label to ship the product back to us FREE of CHARGE.  Once the return is received and processed MisteryStores.com will ship the correct or replacement product back to the address listed on the original order.  If MisteryStores.com determines that the incorrect product or product damaged during shipment has been OPENED, USED or TAMPERED with in any way upon receipt, we reserve the Right to deny your request for replacement.If there is any issue with delivery of your order, please email or call us Monday – Friday 10am-6pm MST at support@misterystores.com or call us at 303-825-1120

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Customers cannot combine Free Shipping with any additional Promotional Codes MisteryStores.com may be offering at any given time.  You may use only one Promotional Code per order.  Discounts will only be applied after the code is entered into the Promotional Code box on the payment and checkout page.  MisteryStores.com will not honor any expired Promotional Codes.
